I’m pretty much covered on all bases :) so excited. Such great summer music!

If Not Now, When?

I received my Incubus CD in the mail today :) A day early. I gave it a listen on my drive up to Boston and I love it. The first three songs are…okay. But after that, it’s so imaginative and awesome. Each song tells a different story and really has it’s own personality.

I knew “In the Company of Wolves” would be my favorite song after I watched them perform it live on the Berlin live stream a few weeks back, but really hearing it recorded blew my mind. I got pretty lost in it, which isn’t really a good thing since i was driving. but that breakdown is so tough. i know for a fact that is going to be the song that rips my heart at when I hear it live, just like Sick Sad Little World.

I’m going to need some more time with it, but after the first run through, I’m pretty satisfied :)
