Regardless of whether or not I’m a big fan of this song, this video does an EPIC job of showcasing Lupe’s live performance energy. Both times I’ve seen him, he blew me away. I did not expect him to be as lively and energetic as he was. This video is such a testimony of that. I can only imagine what some of the tracks on “Friend of the People” would be like live!
