this looks so effortless to be a stop motion video! made of 20,000 images! Really impressive edits.

this is also one of my favorite tracks off of the EP which was on my favorites of 2011 list! so she released the video just in time for me to post it! :) seriously check out her work. She wrote, produced, scored, composed, sang, basically did/controlled every single aspect of this EP. so very talented.

5 songs i can’t turn off.

i don’t know what’s been going on lately, but there are LITERALLY 5 songs that won’t leave me alone. i’m forming really powerful attachments. I actually tried to wean myself off of a few of them because there would be days where there would be only that ONE song played all day.

i can’t even describe the feelings they evoke but i’ll just tell you the songs

“I Said”-Full Crate & Mar (since june, i have not been able to go 1 day without listening to this song)

“Surreal Moments”-Full Crate & Mar (just listen)

“Daykeeper”- The Foreign Exchange ft. Muhsinah (if you ever want to make me cry instantly, play this song without giving me any warning first…Dame’s caught on to this -__-)

“Heartless” - Real8 (so my boy Damon that i keep talking about also goes by Real8 and this track isn’t finished or something but he sent it to me and its mindblowing. I have no idea why he won’t put it out but he samples a muhsinah track and it just makes everything in the world better)

“Neverending”-Blu (this song seriously forced me to stop everything i was doing the other night and i havent been able to turn it off since.)

i’m in love. with these 5 songs. this is love.

i swear, i struggle sometimes.

i couldn’t remember why Muhsinah’s voice sounded so familiar and where i recognized her name from, and then i played this song and realized she was in it! i’m so slow.

but THIS was the first time i heard her…this all makes sense now! this woman has been running my life all weekend!
